These terms explain how you may use the VIBE app, how subscriptions and generated content are handled, and where to contact Rocket Digital Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using VIBE, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app or website.
2. Eligibility and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate information when required, maintaining the security of your device or account, and using the app lawfully.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use VIBE to violate laws, infringe rights, abuse the service, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit harmful content intended to compromise the app or third parties.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Paid features, if offered, are billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Pricing, trial availability, renewal, cancellation, and refund handling are governed by the relevant store policies and purchase flows.
5. Prompts, Uploads, and Generated Output
You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights required to upload source material and use generated output. You should review outputs before publishing or relying on them commercially.
6. Third-Party Models and Services
VIBE may rely on third-party model providers, cloud services, and app stores. Availability, latency, and output characteristics may change over time, and we do not control every third-party dependency.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, app, branding, software, and related materials belong to Rocket Digital Limited or its licensors. Third-party model names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Disclaimers
VIBE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or output that is suitable for every purpose.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocket Digital Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VIBE.
10. Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, legal risk, security issues, unpaid obligations, or material violations of these terms.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless mandatory law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
